Some people refer to this kind of program as a workers' comp "opt-out" program. Bill shares his educational background and how he wandered into the workers' compensation space. He also gives a fantastic historical overview of Texas workers' compensation and the business climate that led to the development of alternative options for employers to manage work injuries in Texas.
